This form collects important information about you, your household and your circumstances to determine your eligibility to join the Housing Register.

In order to fully process your online application, you will be required to upload documentation to confirm your identity and eligibility. If you do not have these documents available now, you may still complete the registration form and provide documentation within 28 days of starting the application. You can contact the team if you have any difficulties with uploading documents via our web form, by emailing CBLApplications@warwickdc.gov.uk or by calling 01926 456129, option 2.
